From the beginning, in 'El Yantar de Campomanes', we have a set a principle in our cuisine to maintain the essential traditional culture of our food, but applying a few touches of new trends, ensuring the quality and freshness of our raw materials at any time or season.
Even though we elaborate all of our meals with great care and enthusiasm, we also recommend our appetisers such as our extraordinary cold meats and 'Joselito' Iberian hams, foie gras shavings with apple coated in caramel with coffee flavouring, our goat cheese salad with oranges, walnuts, cured meat with a bitter orange sauce or crunchy shrimps with a tender garlic mousseline.
We also suggest our bean stew or Asturian stew, marinated rice with clams, monkfish and shrimp or our beans with clams. Seasonal meals like home made tripe, with an extraordinary taste and texture, or our mushroom sauté with ham dust on potato cream and egg boiled at a low temperature.
And, of course, the freshest fish from the Atlantic Ocean, our meats, both beef and lamb which are selected for you everyday, our carefully elaborated home made desserts, and a wide choice of Asturian cheeses.
